1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HireFlow, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Furthermore, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

HireFlow provides recruitment automation tools including AI CV parsing and AI voice screening. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, specifically regarding data protection and candidate privacy.

3. Third-Party Authentication Systems

Users logging in through Google OAuth must comply with Google's own Terms of Service. Terminating or revoking access via Google settings will restrict your identity lifecycle access on HireFlow OS.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You confirm you are authorized to process candidate data for your organization.

5. Modification of Terms

HireFlow reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.

Analytics & Usage Tracking

HireFlow WINDIA automatically records certain technical and behavioral data when you access our platform. This includes the time you spend on each page, the source that referred you to our site (such as LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, or direct navigation), your approximate location derived from your IP address, and general device and browser information.

Specifically, we track:

• Time spent on each page of the platform
• Which external source, advertisement, or link directed you to HireFlow WINDIA
• Click behavior, scroll depth, and general interaction patterns
• Whether you appeared to encounter difficulty on a specific page (repeated clicking or extended inactivity)
• Your IP address, device type, browser, and screen resolution
• UTM campaign parameters if you arrived via a tracked link

All analytics data is associated with your account session where you are logged in, or anonymised by session ID when you are not. Raw analytics records are retained for 24 hours in active session form, after which they are archived for internal reporting only. This data is never sold to third parties.
